The manifesto
Why we only list paid internships
India runs on unpaid internships dressed up as opportunity: months of real work for a certificate and “experience.” This board exists to refuse that.
The deal here is simple and adult.
You do real work, you get real money, transparently, with no cap. That’s the whole stance — and it’s the entire reason this board exists.
We’d rather show you one fair, well-paid role than a hundred that waste your time. So every listing pays, and every listing shows you exactly how you get paid. If an employer can’t put real money on the table, they don’t get listed here.
We curate for fairness first.
No “exposure.” No “stipend = certificate.” No vague “as per company norms.” If a listing can’t show how an intern gets paid — in rupees, up front — it doesn’t go up.
No ghost jobs, no bait, no middleman skimming your pay. You apply straight to the employer.
What a listing must clear to go up
- A real pay model — stipend or commission — stated in rupees, not adjectives.
- A clear, honest picture of what the intern actually does.
- A direct apply route to the employer. No paid “placement” intermediaries.
- No joining fee, no “starter kit,” nothing the applicant must buy to begin.
- Earnings framed as upside where variable — never a fake guarantee.
A few fair roles beat a hundred that waste your time.
