Always. We never charge applicants, and we don’t list roles that ask you to pay to start — no joining fee, no “starter kit,” nothing to buy. If a role asks for money up front, it doesn’t belong here.

Ambitious young India — students, fresh graduates, and anyone who wants real income and real skills now. Roles here are remote, merit-based, and flexible, so you can do them alongside college, prep, or a job. No degree or experience is required unless a specific listing says so.

No. You apply straight to the employer and they pay you directly on their stated terms. We’re a curation layer, not a middleman — nothing routes through us and nothing skims your pay.

Because we onboard companies slowly and on purpose. We’d rather show you a handful of fair, well-paid roles than a hundred that waste your time. More are coming — but only the ones that pay fairly, with the pay model stated in rupees, make it here.

Where pay is variable, we show upside scenarios with their assumptions stated openly, and we trace figures to the employer’s real prices. Earnings are framed as potential, not a guarantee — naming the assumptions is exactly how we keep it honest.
