List a paid role
This board lists paid internships only. If you pay your interns fairly and can state the pay model in rupees, we’d like to list you. If you can’t, this isn’t the board for you — and we’ll tell you so plainly.
What we ask of every employer
- A real pay model — stipend or commission — stated in rupees, up front.
- An honest description of what the intern actually does.
- A direct apply route to you. No fee charged to applicants, ever.
- Nothing the applicant must buy to begin — no joining fee, no kit.
- Variable pay framed as upside with stated assumptions, never a fake guarantee.
